OVERVIEW
All children completing K - 5th grades are invited to join the children's summer musical cast of David and Goliath at Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Parish (1730 W 12th St, Loveland, CO). This musical, written by director Sarah Simonitis and premiered at St. John's in 2012, runs 30 minutes, includes 8 songs, and provides plenty of stage time for all. Participation is free. Costumes will be provided. Your child will receive easy choreography videos and recordings of the show's lines and songs to learn his or her part prior to our rehearsal week. This is a great opportunity for children of any current skill level to build their performance skills.
MUSICAL DATES
Auditions (not to exclude any cast member, but to determine parts):
Saturday, May 12 @ 3:00 - 4:30 PM St. John's Hall [or earlier by arrangement]
An audition song and a line to memorize for the audition will be sent out the week prior to all cast members.
Practices: Daily Monday, June 18th through Friday, June 22nd @ 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM St. John's Hall
