Jennifer Laurent of the St. John Vianney Seminary Lay Division Catholic Biblical School will be at St. John’s for this retreat. We will follow the discussion from Pope Benedict XVI’s book, Jesus of Nazareth and Holy Week (reading the book is not necessary to participate). The retreat will explore Jesus’ divinity and crucial questions, such as: why was Jesus rejected by the religious leaders of his day, who was responsible for his death, did he establish a Church to carry on his work, how did Jesus view his suffering and death, how should we? And, most importantly, did Jesus really rise from the dead and what does his resurrection mean?

No cost to attend. Mass starts at 8:30am, light breakfast and lunch served. Confession starts at 2:00pm.
